Hi friends….. My story started when I woke up one morning and decided I was going to kick the smoking habit. My daughter started smoking at 14 and was stealing or asking for cigarettes and I just decided to quit. At that point i was 260 lbs or so with high blood pressure and was very depressed. Had substance abuse issues and was suffering from marital issues. Once I realized I could succeed at quitting smoking I knew anything would be possible.
Well, substituting food for smokes started being a problem so I started eating healthier smaller portions and started losing weight. Then that slowed so I started exercising… Well compliments were pouring in as my physique kept improving and i just kept going. It was and is an up and down road but overall up as you can see. Getting healthy completely changed my life and I know now we have no limits except those we place on ourselves so go ahead friends and GO FOR IT!
